Some drawings are simple, some are very detailed and some are in between. The one of the lion on the front is an example of the simplest ones. One drawing to a page on good paper. There's a lion, partridge, heron, tiger, gazelle, cougar, elephant, cat, crab, monkey, bison, fox, kangaroo, snail, panda, frog, gorilla, bunnies, horse, reindeer, and several that I couldn't readily identify and might fall into the mythical creatures category. Some of the drawings are of the head and some are full body. I'm very happy with it and am looking forward to starting my first coloring book as an adult.
